هدف: ولگوس داینامیک زانو به عنوان یک ریسک فاکتور رایج برای آسی بهای حاد و استفاده بیش از حد اندام تحتانی شناخته شده است و همچنان مطالعات پیرامون رویکردهای تمرینی نوین در بهبود عملکرد حرکتی و تقویت عضلات اطراف مفصل زانو و ران ادامه دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تأثیر تمرینات مقاومتی مرسوم با و بدون محدودسازی جریان خون بر عملکرد حرکتی زنان دارای ولگوس داینامیک زانو بود.
روش ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را زنان فعال با نقص ولگوس داینامیک زانو شهر چالوس در دامنه سنی 18 تا 28 سال تشکیل دادند. 36 نفر به صورت هدف دار از بین زنان دارای ولگوس داینامیک زانو، به عنوان نمونه های تحقیق انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها از نظر راستای کشکک با گونیامتر، تعادل ایستا و پویا از طریق آزمون های لک لک و وای و قدرت اندام تحتانی با آزمون پرش سارجنت ارزیابی شدند. آزمودنی ها به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه کنترل، تمرینات مقاومتی مرسوم بدون محدودسازی جریان خون و تمرینات مقاومتی مرسوم با محدودسازی جریان خون قرار گرفتند. گروه های تجربی برنامه های تمرینی را به مدت هشت هفته به صورت سه جلسه در هفته انجام دادند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده تأثیر مثبت برنامه های تمرینی بر تعادل ایستا (001/P=0) ، تعادل پویا (001/P=0) ، راستای کشکک و قدرت اندام تحتانی (001/P=0)  زنان دارای نقص ولگوس داینامیک زانو بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان دهنده وجود تفاوت معنادار بین گروه های کنترل و تمرینی بود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان دهنده اثر معنادار برنامه تمرینی قدرتی با و بدون محدودسازی جریان خون بر بهبود راستای کشکک، تعادل ایستا و تعادل پویا و قدرت اندام تحتانی زنان فعال بوده که به نظر می رسد زنان فعال می توانند از این برنامه های تمرینی جهت بهبود عملکرد و کاهش خطر ایجاد آسیب استفاده کنند.
