Dr. Elaheh Azadian, PhD, Associate Professor of Motor Behavior
Dr. Elaheh Azadian is an Associate professor of motor behavior at the Islamic Azad University, Hamedan Branch. She received her PhD in motor control and learning from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, graduating as the top-ranked student in her cohort. Her research focuses on balance, gait, cognitive-motor interactions, and motor rehabilitation in children with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with neuromotor disorders.
Dr. Azadian currently leads the Research Group on Biomechanical Assessment and Correction and has authored over 40 peer-reviewed articles in national and international journals. She has also supervised numerous graduate theses in the fields of postural control, developmental coordination, and dual-task performance in aging populations. Her work combines experimental motor control with clinical and educational applications in sports and rehabilitation sciences.
