Dr. Mohammad Taghi Karimi is a Professor of Bioengineering at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. He earned his Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK (2010), and received his M.Sc. in Orthotics and Prosthetics from the University of Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences in Tehran (2001). He completed his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 1999.

As a senior faculty member at the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, he has long been involved in teaching, research, and the development of assistive technologies in the field of rehabilitation.

Dr. Karimi has authored numerous scientific publications in areas including biomechanics, gait analysis, orthotic and prosthetic design, finite element modeling, and performance evaluation of rehabilitation systems. His research focuses on lower limb biomechanics, ground reaction force analysis, orthotic interventions, and computational modeling of motion systems.
