fa طراحی و ساخت کفش ورزشی جدید آنتی میکروب با استفاده از نانو نقره به منظور پیشگیری از میکروب‌ها و ویروس‌ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف</strong> هدف ورزش&nbsp; در بین ورزشکاران و عموم افراد جامعه به مقاصد مختلفی صورت می‌گیرد. یکی از مشکلات اساسی که فضاهای ورزشی علی الخصوص با شیوع ویروس کرونا که منجر به تهدید سلامتی جامعه ورزشکاران شده وجود میکروارگانیسم‌های خطرناک و بیماری‌زا مانند میکروب‌ها‌، ویروس‌ها، باکتری‌ها و ... است، لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی و ساخت کفش جدید آنتی‌میکروب با استفاده از نانو نقره&nbsp; به منظور پیشگیری از میکروب‌ها و ویروس‌ها در بین جامعه ورزشکاران نیز می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و آزمایشگاهی به منظور طراحی و ساخت کفش جدید آنتی میکروب با استفاده از نانو نقره&nbsp; به منظور پیشگیری از میکروب ها و ویروس‌ها در بین جامعه ورزشکاران نیز می‌باشد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها </strong>نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، مقاومت محلول نانونقره در غلظت‌های 75،50،25 ppm در برابر باکتری E.coli به ترتیب با کاهش 70، 90 و 88/97 درصدی ادامه می‌یابد، نتایج نشان داد، از غلظت 50 و 75&nbsp; ppmکاهش باکتری S.aureus به ترتیب به میزان 70 و 90 درصد می‌باشد، همچنین یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، که از غلظت&nbsp; 100&nbsp;&nbsp; ppmبه بعدکاهش باکتری S.aureus به میزان 99/99 درصد ادامه می‌یابد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری </strong>استفاده از نانو نقره در طراحی و ساخت انواع کفش‌های ورزشی به منظور پیشگیری و کنترل بسیاری از میکروب‌ها و ویروس‌ها می‌تواند مفید واقع گردد. <strong>Objective </strong>Attention Exercise is done for various purposes among athletes and the general public. One of the main problems in sports venues, especially with the spread of the corona virus, which has led to a threat to the health of the athlete community, is the presence of dangerous and pathogenic microorganisms such as germs, viruses, bacteria, etc. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to design and manufacture new antimicrobial shoes using nano-silver in order to prevent the spread of germs and viruses in the community of athletes.<br> <strong>Methods </strong>The present study is an applied research carried out for designing and manufacturing new antimicrobial shoes using nano-silver in order to prevent the spread of germs and viruses in the athlete community.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The results showed that the resistance of nanosilver solution at concentrations of 75, 50, 25 ppm against E. coli continues with a decrease of 70, 90 and 97.88%, respectively. The results also indicated that in concentrations of 50 and 75 the reduction in S. aureus bacteria is 70% and 90%, respectively.
