fa مقایسه دو مدل وضعیت قرارگیری نشانگرها جهت بررسی زاویه پشت پا طی فاز استقرار راه رفتن در دو وضعیت با و بدون کفش در افراد با پای طبیعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف از تحقیق حاضر، مقایسه دو مدل وضعیت قرارگیری نشانگرها جهت بررسی زاویه پشت پا در افراد با پای&nbsp; طبیعی طی مراحل مختلف فاز استقرار راه رفتن در حالت با و بدون استفاده از کفش بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> تعداد 15 نفر از دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه بیرجند به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس شاخص افت استخوان ناوی انتخاب شدند. پس از قرارگیری نشانگرها با استفاده از مدل‌های <span dir="LTR">Clarke</span> و همکاران و <span dir="LTR">Nigg</span>، به‌طور هم‌زمان بر روی پا، اطلاعات زاویه پشت پای آزمودنی‌ها با استفاده از سیستم ثبت تصاویر دوبعدی از نمای پشت (دوربین پاناسونیک)، حین راه رفتن با سرعت 1/7 متر بر ثانیه بر روی تردمیل در دو وضعیت با و بدون کفش جمع‌آوری شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری داده‌ها از آزمون<span dir="LTR">T </span>&nbsp;مستقل در سطح (0/05 <span dir="LTR">p&le;</span>)، استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بین مقدار زاویه پشت پای آزمودنی‌ها درنتیجه بررسی دو مدل نشانه‌گذاری <span dir="LTR">Clarke</span> و <span dir="LTR">Nigg</span> در هر دو وضعیت‌های با و بدون استفاده از کفش طی فاز استقرار راه رفتن اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0.001 <span dir="LTR">p&le;</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به اختلاف مشاهده شده در مقدار زاویه پشت پای آزمودنی‌ها بر اساس دو مدل مورد بررسی، توجه به ویژگی‌های هر مدل در هنگام بررسی کینماتیکی زاویه پشت پا، امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The purpose of this study was to compare the two models of marker placement for identifying of rear foot angle in normal people with and without shoes during the different stage of stance phase of walking.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> Fifteen male students in Birjand University were selected based on Navicular Drop Index. After marker placement based on Clarke and Nigg models, the rear foot angle were recorded with two-dimensional analysis (Panasonic Camera) from behind position while subjects walked with 1<span dir="RTL">.</span>7 m/s on a treadmill with and without shoes.
