هدف در سال‌های اخیر با توجه به پیشرفت‌هایی که در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات، مانند:EMG وایرلس، دوربین‌های مجهز به فریم‌های بیشتر و دقیق‌تر، برنامه‌هایی مثل: opensim، تحول در صنعت نساجی جهت ساخت حسگرهای پوشیدنی و هوش مصنوعی و موبایل‌های هوشمند و... رقم خورده است بیومکانیست‌ها نیز با تلفیق این تکنولوژی‌ها با ابزارهایشان به رویکردهای نوینی در این زمینه دست یافته‌اند. پیشرفت‌های اخیر در فناوری و بیومکانیک ورزشی، در جهت پیشگیری از آسیب و افزایش عملکرد است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی پژوهش‌های مرتبط با رویکرد‌های نوظهور بیومکانیک ورزشی و انجام یک جمع‌بندی مطلوب و ارائه اطلاعات جامع و کاربردی از تحقیقات پیشین در این حوزه انجام شده است.
روش‌ها در این مطالعه، تحقیقات انجام شده در رابطه با رویکرد‌های نوین بیومکانیک بین سال‌های 2015 تا 2023 جستجو و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه‌های تخصصی انجام گرفت و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، 47 مقاله انتخاب شد.
یافته‌ها 12یافته‌ها بررسی مطالعات انجام شده نشان داد که تلفیق فناوری اطلاعات، استفاده از هوش مصنوعی و الگوهای هوشمند، گوشی‌های هوشمند و نرم‌افزارها، حسگر‌های پوشیدنی و پزشکی در بیومکانیک ورزشی تأثیرات مثبتی بر بهبود عملکرد و پیشگیری از آسیب‌ها داشته است.
نتیجه‌گیری با توجّه به بررسی تحقیقات انجام شده فن‌آوری‌های نوین بیومکانیک ورزشی مرزهای فعلی را جابجا کرده است، علم و آگاهی هرچه بیشتر در این حوزه‌های تحقیقاتی، آینده ورزش را شکل می‌دهند.
