هدف پای پرونیت، یک ناهنجاری مزمن در کف پا است که شامل کاهش قوس طولی داخلی و ابداکشن میانی کف پا است. مطالعات نشان داده‌اند 20 درصد از جمعیت جهان دارای پای پرونیت هستند. هدف از این مطالعه مروری بر بیومکانیک حرکات انتقالی در نتیجه استفاده از ارتز و تمرینات اصلاحی در افراد دارای پای پرونیت براساس مطالعات پیشین بود.
روش‌ها جستجوی اطلاعات با توجه به کلیدواژه‌های راه‌رفتن، حرکات انتقالی، کینتیک، کینماتیک، تعادل، پای پرونیت، فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلات بین سال‌های 2010 تا 2025 براساس مقالات منتشر شده به زبان‌های فارسی و لاتین از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مانند SID، Magiran، Scopus،Pubmed ،JCR ، Google Scholar، Springer و سیویلیکا جمع‌آوری شدند. بر اساس کلید‌واژه‌های مطالعه تعداد 115 مقاله به دست آمد که از این بین تعداد 85 مقاله به دلیل عدم مطابقت با عنوان مطالعه و تکراری بودن حذف گردید و تعداد 30 مقاله وارد مطالعه گردید.
یافته‌ها بررسی مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از ارتزهای اصلاحی در افراد دارای پای پرونیت باعث کاهش زاویه پرونیشن، بهبود راستای پا هنگام استقرار روی زمین و توزیع متعادل‌تر فشار کف‌پایی در حین راه‌رفتن می‌شود. همچنین، تمرینات اصلاحی عملکردی از جمله تمرینات تعادلی، حس‌عمقی و تقویت عضلات داخلی پا، منجر به افزایش کنترل حرکتی مچ و کف‌پا، کاهش حرکات جبرانی و درنهایت بهبود کیفیت الگوی راه‌رفتن شده‌اند. این مداخلات اغلب باعث افزایش طول فاز اتکا، بهبود سرعت و ریتم گام‌برداری و کاهش خطر آسیب در طول راه‌رفتن می‌شوند.
نتیجه‌گیری به نظر می‌رسد که انجام تمرینات اصلاحی به همراه ابزارهای حمایتی اثرات مثبتی بر بهبود عارضه پرونیشن پا دارد.
