چکیده:   (1988 مشاهده)
هدف هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر تمرینات حس عمقی بر بازسازی وضعیت مفصل و درد زانوی ورزشکاران مبتلا به ژنووالگوم بود.
روش ها: در این پژوهش نیم هتجربی، تعداد سی ورزشکار زن که به زانوی ضربدری و همچنین درد زانو مبتلا بودند، در دامنه سنی 20 تا 30 سال و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از پرس شنامه استاندارد درد زانو، برای سنجش میزان درد آزمودنی هاها و سپس از تست تشخیص وضعیت مفصل، برای ارزیابی حس عمقی زانو با کمک تصاویر دیجیتالی بهره گرفته شد. ورزشکاران گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت هفته (هر هفته سه جلسه، هر جلسه 20 دقیقه)، به انجام تمرینات تقویت حس عمقی پرداختند. برای بررسی نرمال بودن و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به ترتیب از آزمونی های کولموگروف اسمیرنف و آزمون تی زوجی استفاده شد. محاسبه داده ها با نر مافزار SPSS نسخه 16 و سطح معن یداری (P≤0/05) صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: یک دوره تمرینات حس عمقی موجب کاهش خطای بازسازی وضعیت مفصل و درد زانوی ورزشکاران زن مبتلا به ژنووالگوم شد. (P=0/03) 
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش م یتوان اظهار کرد احتمالاً تمرینات مذکور بتواند اثر مثبتی بر حس عمقی و درد زانوی این ورزشکاران داشته باشد.
