هدف آسیب زانو چه از نظر میزان تأثیر و چه از نظر فراوانی جزو مهم‌ترین آسیب‌ها در رشته ورزشی والیبال است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مروری بر ادبیات پژوهشی مرتبط با آسیب زانو در رشته والیبال بود.
روش‌ها پژوهش حاضر از نوع کتابخانه‌ای و مروری بود که در آن مقالات مرتبط نگارش شده به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی بین سال‌های 2000 تا 2023 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقالات از جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی به دست آمده‌اند. از مجموع 769 مقاله استخراج شده بر اساس معیار‌های خروج، 104 مقاله انتخاب و مطالعه شد.
یافته‌ها یافته‌ها نشان داد که آسیب زانو یکی از دو آسیب شایع در رشته‌ی والیبال است. در بین گروه‌های مختلف سنی و جنسیتی بیشترین نرخ آسیب مربوط به زنان والیبالیست نیمه‌حرفه‌ای با نرخ 7/07 از هر 1000 ورزشکار ساعت در معرض اختصاص داشت. آسیب‌های لیگامانی شایع‌ترین نوع آسیب زانو در رشته والیبال گزارش شده بود. نیروی اعمالی به اندام تحتانی خصوصاً در شرایط وضعیت نامناسب بدن در برخورد اولیه عامل اصلی بروز این آسیب بود. همچنین در خصوص تمرینات پیشگیرانه از آسیب نیز تمرینات قدرتی، ثبات هسته مرکزی، عصبی عضلانی و ترکیبی در ادبیات پژوهشی پیشنهاد شده بود.
نتیجه‌گیری مطالعه حاضر نشان‌دهنده اهمیت توجه به آسیب‌های زانو در رشته ورزشی والیبال خصوصاً در ورزشکاران زن است. توجه به تکنیک پرش و فرود متوازن از یک سو و از سویی دیگر تمرکز بر تمرینات پیشگیرانه مؤثر، از جمله تمرینات قدرتی در ادبیات پژوهشی مرتبط توصیه شده است.
