هدف پژوهش‌های دهه‌های اخیر نشان می‌دهد، تمرینات توان‌بخشی تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر بهبود عارضه‌های مربوط به اندام فوقانی دارد. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر مروری بر تأثیر انواع پروتکل تمرینی بر بهبود سندرم متقاطع فوقانی بود.
روش‌ها مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری سیستماتیک بود، جستجوی مقالات به زبان فارسی و لاتین از ابتدای ماه دسامبر سال 2011 تا ابتدای ماه آپریل 2024 بود، که در پایگاه‌های تخصصی PubMed،WOS ، Scopus ، SID،Magiran ،ISC  Science Direct,، JCR و Google Scholar انجام گرفت. درنهایت 10 مقاله در ارتباط با انواع پروتکل تمرینی در خصوص افراد مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها 6 مقاله در حوزه تأثیر انواع پروتکل تمرینی اصلاحی جهت بهبود پاسچر در افراد مبتلا به عارضه سندرم متقاطع فوقانی نشان داد انجام این تمرینات برای رسیدن به پاسچر مناسب کمک‌کننده هستند. تعداد 4 مقاله به مطالعه در حوزه اثر انواع پروتکل تمرینی جهت بهبود تعادل پویا و ایستا در افراد مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی پرداخت که نشان داد انجام این پروتکل‌های تمرینی اثر قابل‌توجهی بر بهبود تعادل ایستا و پویای افراد دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری مطالعه مروری حاضر نشان داد انجام تمرینات اصلاحی می¬تواند بر بهبود عارضه سندرم متقاطع فوقانی تأثیرگذار باشد.
