هدف در این مطالعه، تأثیر خستگی بر متغیرهای کینتیکی در هنگام فرود پس از اجرای اسپک توسط والیبالیست‌های حرفه‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. خستگی می‌تواند تغییرات قابل‌توجهی در عملکرد ورزشی و افزایش ریسک آسیب‌دیدگی اندام‌های تحتانی ایجاد کند، به‌ویژه در حرکاتی که نیازمند دقت بالایی در فرود هستند.
روش‌ها در این مطالعه، 28 والیبالیست حرفه‌ای قبل و پس از اعمال خستگی تکلیف اسپک روی تور و فرود بر روی تخته نیرو را اجرا کردند. متغیرهای کینتیکی شامل نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمین و نرخ بارگذاری در هر دو مرحله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای بررسی تأثیر خستگی بر متغیرهای پژوهش در تکلیف فرود پس از اسپک از آزمون تی وابسته استفاده شد. کلیه مراحل تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و با سطح معناداری 0/05 > p  انجام گرفته شده است.
یافته‌ها 12نتایج نشان داد عامل خستگی باعث کاهش معنی‌دار نیروی عکس‌العمل عمودی در لحظه برخورد، حداکثر نیروی خلفی و نیروی داخلی-خارجی در لحظه برخورد در پای غالب شده بود و در سایر متغیرها خستگی تأثیر معنی‌داری نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری با توجه به نتایج میزان نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین در پای غالب بعد از اعمال خستگی دارای اختلاف معنی‌داری با قبل از آن بود. با توجه به عدم تقارن مقدار نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین در دوپای غالب و غیر‌غالب ضروری است در برنامه‌های تمرینی به این امر توجه ویژه گردد.
