هدف چاقی و سوء‌تغذیه کودکان در کشورهای در حال توسعه از جمله بنگلادش رو‌به‌افزایش است و پایش دقیق رشد با شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک اهمیت زیادی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت رشد پسران ۱۴–۱۲ ساله در شهر جاشور بنگلادش، از طریق سنجش تغییرات ترکیب بدنی بر پایه اندازه‌گیری‌های آنتروپومتریک انجام شدد.
روش‌ها هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر یک سال آموزش نظامی فشرده بر شاخص‌های قدرت و متغیرهای عصبی- عضلانی مانند تعادل و حس عمقی اندام تحتانی در دانشجویان افسری بود. همچنین، اثربخشی برنامه تمرینی نظامی به‌عنوان تنها مداخله در ایجاد سازگاری‌های مطلوب عصبی-عضلانی، بدون بهره‌گیری از مداخلات تمرینی تکمیلی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد که پس از یک سال آموزش نظامی، تعادل پویا در جهت‌های قدامی (p = 0.009, η² = 0.18) و خلفی-خارجی (p = 0.042, η² = 0.20) به‌طور معناداری بهبود یافت. خطای بازسازی زاویه‌ای مفصل زانو در پای غالب در زاویه ۴۵ درجه کاهش معناداری نشان داد (p = 0.024). قدرت عضلانی پای غالب در فلکشن ران (p = 0.007)، اکستنشن ران (p = 0.041)، چرخش داخلی ران (p = 0.009)، اکستنشن زانو (p = 0.016) و دورسی‌فلکشن مچ پا (p = 0.037) افزایش معناداری داشت. علاوه‌ براین، تفاوت معناداری بین پای غالب و غیرغالب در تعادل خلفی–داخلی (p = 0.028)، خلفی–خارجی (p = 0.006) و نمره کل تعادل (p = 0.000) مشاهده شد. اثر تعامل معنادار در جهت خلفی-خارجی تعادل (p = 0.048, η² = 0.20) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری بهبودهای مشاهده ‌شده به‌ویژه در پای غالب، اهمیت تمرینات فشرده و متنوع نظامی را در ایجاد سازگاری‌های برتر عصبی-عضلانی نشان می‌دهد. این یافته‌ها می‌تواند به‌عنوان پایه‌ای برای طراحی برنامه‌های تمرینی بهینه در جمعیت‌های نظامی و ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد..
