هدف آسیب رباط صلیبی قدامی یکی از شایع‌ترین آسیب‌های غیربرخوردی در فوتسال است که اغلب با الگوی نادرست فرود و اختلال در کنترل پاسچر ارتباط دارد. تمرینات در محیط آبی رویکردی نوین در توان‌بخشی و پیشگیری از آسیب محسوب می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرینات تناوبی روی تردمیل آبی بر کنترل پاسچر و بیومکانیک پرش-فرود در فوتسالیست‌های حرفه‌ای بود.
روش‌ها پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل ۱۶ فوتسالیست بودند که به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی (۸ نفر) و کنترل (۸ نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به‌مدت شش هفته تمرینات تناوبی با شدت بالا روی تردمیل آبی را دریافت کردند. متغیرهای پژوهش شامل کنترل پاسچر ایستا و پویا و بیومکانیک پرش-فرود بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی‌زوجی و مستقل تحلیل شدند (0.05>p).
یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات تناوبی با شدت بالا روی تردمیل آبی تأثیر معناداری بر کنترل پاسچر ایستا و برخی مؤلفه‌های کنترل پاسچر پویا داشت (0.05>p)، درحالی‌که، تمرینات پژوهش حاضر اثر معناداری بر بیومکانیک پرش-فرود و پارامترهای کینماتیکی مرتبط با آن نداشت (0.05>p).

نتیجه‌گیری تمرینات تناوبی روی تردمیل آبی می‌تواند کنترل پاسچر ایستا و برخی مؤلفه‌های کنترل پاسچر پویا را در فوتسالیست‌های حرفه‌ای بهبود بخشد. پیشنهاد می‌شود دوره‌های تمرینی طولانی‌تر در تعداد نمونه بیشتر روی تردمیل آبی در دستور کار محققان آینده قرار گیرد.
